Brandit.kiwi Refund Policy

At Brandit.kiwi, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a refund, please review our refund policy outlined below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Return Period: Refunds can only be processed for items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, washed, or altered.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at sales@brandit.kiwi to begin the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

  3. Return Packaging: Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

Refund Processing

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  2. Refund Issuance: If the item meets our return policy requirements, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Refund Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are worn, washed, or do not have the original tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
