Brandit.kiwi Returns Policy

Effective date: July 2024

Thank you for shopping with Brandit.kiwi! We strive to provide you with high-quality garments and a seamless shopping experience. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. Condition of Items: Garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and the item unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at sales@brandit.kiwi to start the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Brandit.kiwi is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  3. Packing Your Return: Pack the item securely, including the original tags and any accompanying paperwork. Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds and Processing

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  2. Refund: If the item meets our return policy requirements, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Exchanges: Please get in touch with us to discuss what you need changed. In principle we have no problem with exchanging items as long as the details laid out in Eligibility for Returns above are met. Freight costs are those of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, washed, or do not have the original tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items.
